PLEUGER PUMPS

PLEUGER submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal pumps which operate below water level and are driven by water filled AC three phase submersible motors. Pump and motor from a single enclosed unit which installed vertically in a water well, is held in position/discharge by the pipe.
PLEUGER submersible pumps are available for wide range of applications. They do not require regular maintenance and are noted worldwide for their efficiency and long working under the most adverse conditions.

PLEUGER pumps are available from 4″to 48″diameter with capacities from 1 to 4500,000 m³/h and delivery heads up to 800 m, motor sizes to 5000 kw, speed from 200 to 3600 rpm,  2,4 and 6 pole designs (other designs available),200 to 6600 volts,50 & amp; 60 Hz, variable frequency drive and high temperature motor options

DESIGN

PLEUGER pumps are designed on the principle of modular structure. This enables them to changes in operating conditions.
Pumps with diameter between 6″ and 8″ are fitted as standard feature, impellers and pump casings are made of corrosion-resistant, low wear material, their dimensions are based on the latest scientific findings so that optimal hydraulic performance is obtained.
The rotating parts are dynamically balanced. Ass a rule, all connecting elements are made of stainless steel
PLEUGER pumps are equipped with non-return valves to guarantee optimal functional safety and extremely low hydraulic losses.
